Called to the Ontario Bar in 1981, Pat's primary area of practice is Real Estate Law, including:

• Land Development and Joint Ventures
• Purchase, Sale and Finance of Commercial Real Estate
• Commercial Leasing, including Landlord and Tenant Remedies
• Acquisition of Bulk Services (Internet, cable, phone) for Landlords

Pat articled with the firm of Harries, Houser and joined the firm in 1981. He has continued with the firm in its present form as Houser, Henry & Syron LLP.

Community Involvement

Pat acts as director and general counsel of People Players Inc. (which performs as Famous People Players). Pat has been an instructor in Real Estate with the Law Society of Upper Canada, Bar Admission Course continuously since 1992.
